Your Friend - ‘Laziness’ and the ‘Real You’

Are you friend with the your friendly neighbourhood ‘Laziness’

If ever you want to achieve anything in life then get rid of Laziness.

Let’s face it. Do not give it any fancy name. By doing that you are hiding your enemy. A hidden enemy is far dangerous than the one you can see. So let's face it right in its face.

All our life, we embark on laziness and complaint, Oh ! Why my life is like this. That complain is still acceptable because at-least you are aware something is missing.

There is another set of people who are more comfortable in ‘Laziness’. Just lazy-in all day long doing nothing. Become a sack of potatoes. What a bliss…..they can afford it. Believe me there's no greatest curse than this. For Human Body is designed to be active and if you are not using it, you are damaging yourself.

Often, Those who are Lazy have no goal at all in their life.

Secondly those, who have a goal but struggle to achieve it. If this is where you fall into checkout, laziness could be one of the cause too.

Laziness can be Physical and Mental. The subject in question is both. However since everything begins in mind, let's talk about the latter first. Whenever you want to do something new it is very difficult particularly, in the beginning. Your mind refuses to think, to look for alternatives, to search for ways and means to achieve your goal. Simply, because your mind is in its “comfort zone” and refuses to come out of it. And all this happens without your involvement.

Believe me, this is how powerful your ‘Subconscious Mind’ is, For all the time it has been programmed to be comfortable. To Think differently now is new command and this is a data mis-match from the previous programming of 'Comfort Zone' resulting in Command Error. Because this so called Laziness is programmed in your subconscious by you previously.

If you ever want to get rid of it, that-is, if at all, you have a ‘Goal’ and are serious about it, you must consciously do it.

Think of how to reach the goal, visualise and affirm so strongly that it is recorded in your subconscious and you will start seeing results or even miracles for that matter. Reaching your Goal is easy and possible now. For, now you are opening new doors into the realm of possibility. “When you match your ability with positivity it becomes possibility”.

Exercise daily for without being physically active you cannot be mentally active. Your mind is not ready to absorb new data if your body is lumping through the day. Even doing daily domestic chores is helpful in keeping you active.

If laziness is your friend get rid of it.

You can shy away saying oh you don’t know how much I think. I always think so much and am never lazy.

Dear friend, your brain is already designed to think whether you want or not. On an average there are 60,000 thoughts generated in a day and 80% are Negative. So if you have to change it you have to consciously work for it.

To think means thinking of what you want, how to get that job done.

You were thinking as a child, as an adult and will continue to think through old age as well.

Human brain works for almost 7 minutes even after a person’s death. Isn't it amazing ?

So the point is not if you are thinking or not, but to think in the direction of your goal. Focusing your thoughts on what you want and what will make it happen and just do it.

Life is too precious to be wasted ‘because of this reason I cannot or could not do it’ Instead be the one ‘Despite of so many reasons, I achieved it.

That is when you have discovered the ‘Real You’
